BLACKPINK's Jisso reveals how she feels about becoming the CEO of her self-founded agency after leaving YG Entertainment. This was conveyed by Jisoo when she was a guest star on the YouTube program Salon Drip 2 which aired on Tuesday February 4, 2025.
Jisoo admitted that being an artist and a CEO is difficult because she has to deal with even the smallest things. "The biggest problem was dealing with the settlement. Now I can see everything. Even things like buying a mouse have to be approved," said the Flower singer .
Jisoo also admitted that it was originally her idea to tell him everything. However, Jisoo did not expect that even buying a mouse would require her approval. "I thought, 'Do I need to know about this too?' I told them at first, 'I want to see everything.'
That's how this whole mouse thing came about, and I thought, 'Why didn't they just buy a good one in the first place?'" she added. Furthermore, Jisoo talked about her experience of being nicknamed a strange trainee while training at YG Entertainment.
At the event, Jisoo also told about some of the naughty things she did when she was a trainee before finally debuting as a member of BLACKPINK. Jisoo also gave a sneak peek at how the other BLACKPINK members gave their impressions of her upcoming album, which will be released on Valentine's Day.
"The members have a lot of activities abroad, so everyone except Lisa has heard about it. I haven't seen Lisa in a long time. The others said it was good and suited me. I told them 'I need your support,'" Jisoo added.
