Big Hit Music, a subsidiary of HYBE Corporation, is ready to debut a new boy group called CORTIS. The name CORTIS is derived from the phrase "Color Outside the Lines." In English, this phrase is an idiom meaning to think or act in an unconventional, creative, or rule-breaking way.
CORTIS consists of five members: Martin, James, Juhoon, Seonghyeon, and Keonho. They will release their debut mini-album, " Color Outside the Lines, " on September 8, 2025. Ahead of the album's launch, CORTIS released their first song, "GO!, " along with its music video on Sunday (August 10, 2025).
As of Tuesday afternoon (August 12, 2025), the music video for "GO!" had been viewed more than 3.2 million times on YouTube. CORTIS has also leaked the tracklist for their debut album. It was revealed that American rapper and singer Teezo Touchdown will be featured on the album.
