Choi Woo Shik and Jung So Min will show off their chemistry as they pretend to be husband and wife in the Korean drama 'Would You Marry Me'. On Tuesday (September 2, 2025), the production team of the Korean drama Would You Marry Me piqued fans' curiosity by sharing photos of Choi Woo Shik and Jung So Min. 

The two were seen performing a script reading alongside Shin Seul Ki, Seo Bum June, and Bae Na Ra. This romantic comedy drama is scheduled to air in October 2025. The storyline of Would You Marry Me follows a man and woman who pretend to be married for 90 days to win a luxury home reserved for newlyweds.

In the Korean drama Would You Marry Me, Choi Woo Shik plays Kim Woo Joo, the heir to South Korea's legendary first bakery. Jung So Min plays Yoo Mary, a designer who tries to seduce Kim Woo Joo into a fake marriage in order to secure her dream home.

This marks the first time Choi Woo Shik and Jung So Min have been cast together in an acting project. It's no wonder many fans are eagerly anticipating their reunion in the Korean drama Would You Marry Me. 

The Korean drama "Would You Marry Me" is even more entertaining with Bae Na Ra's performance as Baek Sang Hyun, a department store executive who keeps tabs on the pretend-married couple. The actor has already captured attention with his captivating performances in "Weak Hero Class 2" and "Tastefully Yours."

Shin Seul Ki, no less popular as a contestant on Netflix's matchmaking show Single's Inferno, has also branched out into acting. After starring in Pyramid Game, she returned in Would You Marry Me as family doctor Yoon Jin Kyung, Kim Woo Joo's soulmate.

Meanwhile, Seo Bum June attracted attention through "Nevertheless" and "Hierarchy." The rising actor will play Yoo Mary's ex-fiancé, also known as Kim Woo Joo. Now, quite a few netizens are highlighting the story of Jung So Min's character, who is nicknamed "the homeless specialist."

Since starring in the Korean dramas Playful Kiss, Because This Is My First Life, Monthly Magazine Home, and Would You Marry Me, the character played by Jung So Min has always had problems with her place of residence.

"Somin, I said you've repented. You got married 10 years ago to have a place to live. Why are you suddenly pretending to get married again?," commented a fan on Twitter. "Somin, you're right, bro. But it's true, bro, houses are really expensive now," said another Jung So Min fan, jokingly.
