BTS's Jungkook has experienced another unpleasant incident. The Seven singer's house has been the victim of a burglary for the third time. The idol's home was recently the subject of an attempted burglary by a 50-year-old Japanese tourist.

The unfortunate news was announced by local police on Monday (December 22, 2025). Yongsan Police Station, Seoul revealed that the perpetrator with the initials A is currently under investigation on charges of attempted house robbery and has been arrested since November 16, 2025.

The police have now summoned representatives from Jungkook BTS for further questioning of A. The perpetrator of the attempted burglary of Jungkook BTS's house was also charged with the Stalking Punishment Act.

A himself is suspected of attempting to break into BTS's Jungkook's house in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, by repeatedly pressing the front door passcode. This action was carried out between November 12 and 14, 2025.

A police report was filed by BTS' Jungkook on November 14, 2025, but an investigation could not be conducted because A no longer resided in Korea. Police stated that an investigation could only be launched if A returned to Korea.

A has now been officially detained by the police and will undergo questioning. Jungkook from BTS has yet to respond. This is the third burglary attempt against BTS's Jungkook.

A similar incident occurred in June 2025, involving a Chinese citizen aged around 30. Another break-in occurred in August 2025, where a Korean woman aged around 40 years old dared to enter Jungkook BTS's house after arriving at the house's parking lot.

These repeated burglary attempts have raised concerns about the obsessive behavior of fans and the security of idols like BTS's Jungkook's residences. Many have criticized these extreme measures.
