BTS's Jin has once again captured attention with a 30-second video released as part of his cover feature in the August 2026 issue of ELLE Korea magazine. In the video, Jin is seen looking directly at the camera, without any excessive special effects.
ELLE Korea shared the clip on its official Instagram and YouTube Shorts accounts with the caption "I Was Just Looking at You…" In the video, Jin poses amidst classic wooden furniture and an antique clock, leaning with one hand on his chin and then crossing his arms.
The clip ends with Jin giving the viewer a wink and a thumbs-up. The magazine introduced the video with a teasing caption, referencing Jin's nickname 'Worldwide Handsome.' "He only looks at us, but... 'Worldwide Handsome,' who dominates the halftime stage, has a special ability.
When you look at him, you lose all sense of time. What day is it today, Prince?" the magazine wrote. In the video, words like “Wednesday,” “Friday,” and “Sunday” appear one by one on Jin’s face, in line with the caption’s joke about losing track of time.
The video comes after strong demand for Jin's ELLE Korea cover feature. Pre-orders opened on July 10, 2026, and all six cover versions have been selling well in major bookstores.
According to reports, the covers ranked from No. 1 to No. 7 on real-time magazine sales rankings, including on YES24. ELLE Korea also highlighted the collaboration by replacing the header image on its official YouTube, Naver, and X accounts with Jin's photo.
