In this film, Koo Kyo Hwan plays Seok Hwan, a man with high self-confidence despite his lack of qualifications. After experiencing a tragic death, he discovers he has the ability to resurrect after 72 hours. This discovery not only changes his life but also makes him the target of a mysterious figure.
Seok Hwan is depicted as a figure who grows stronger with each death. His dreams of finding a decent job and feeding his family with his first paycheck are often disrupted by his irritability and temperament, which leads to him failing job interviews.
One day, Seok Hwan is murdered by a group of strangers who break into his house. However, after 72 hours, he wakes up as if nothing happened, discovering his newfound ability to reincarnate. This leads him into a dangerous situation where he is hunted by mysterious figures.
Koo Kyo Hwan, known for his charisma, captivated Seok Hwan's humanity. He stated, "Because this is a project that requires a lot of movement, I'm building up my stamina so I don't get tired quickly." With this effort, he hopes to deliver the best performance in the film.
Director Baek Jong Yeol also praised Koo Kyo Hwan, saying, “At one point, the synchronization between Seok Hwan and Koo Kyo Hwan was so seamless that it was hard to tell them apart.” This shows how deeply Koo Kyo Hwan got into the character he played.
