Chinese smartphone maker, OPPO just launched the Oppo Reno 6 4G in Indonesia, following the launch of the Oppo Reno 6 and Reno 6 Pro 5G in the Indian market. The handset comes with a HD+ display, Snapdragon 720G processor, 4310mAh battery and more.
The Oppo Reno 6 4G has a 6.43-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 2400*1080 pixels and an aspect ratio of 20:9. It offers a 90Hz screen refresh rate, a 180Hz touch sampling rate, a 410ppi pixel density, a peak brightness of 430 nits, a DCI-P3 color gamut, and a 1000000:1 contrast ratio.
Under the hood, the smartphone is equipped with an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G processor and Adreno 618 GPU. As for the storage, with this device, you get 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. With a MicroSD card, storage can be expanded.
The Oppo Reno 6 4G has a quad-camera setup on the back for photos and videos. In addition to the 64MP primary lens, the camera setup also has an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens with a 119-degree field of view, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP monochrome sensor. It has a 44-megapixel camera for taking selfies and video calls.
In terms of OS software, ColorOS 11.1 runs on top of Android 11 operating system. It comes with a 4310mAh battery with 50W flash charging support as well. As for the dimensions, The smartphone measures 159.1 x 73.3 x 7.8mm in dimensions and weighs 173g.
Connectivity options include dual-SIM, 4G, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, A-GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, NFC, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. A fingerprint scanner is mounted on the side of the device for security. It also supports face recognition feature. The phone comes in Stellar Black and Aurora colour options.
In Indonesia, the Oppo Reno 6 4G costs about 5,199,000 Indonesian Rupiah (approx. Rs 26,705) fora single 8GB + 128GB storage configuration. In Indonesia, the phone is on sale through Oppo’s official website as well as other popular retailers like Shopee and Lazada. As of yet, there are no details on international availability.
