OnePlus has officially launched OnePlus 10 Pro in China after too many speculations and rumors. The latest flagship brings big improvements as compared to its predecessor. The main key attraction features are 6.7-inch LTPO AMOLED display, a Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, up to 12GB of RAM, and a 5,000mAh dual-cell battery with 80W Super Flash charging technology.
The OnePlus 10 Pro comes with a 6.7-inch LTPO 2.0 AMOLED QHD+ display with a resolution of 3216 x 1440 pixels. The display also includes 1300 nits peak brightness, 5000000:1 contrast ratio, 20.1:9 aspect ratio, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. Under the hood, it is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC clubbed with Adreno GPU. It is paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
The OnePlus 10 Pro features a triple camera setup on the rear side that includes a 48MP Sony IMX789 primary sensor with OIS, a 50MP Samsung ISOCELL JN1 sensor with ultra-wide-angle lens, and an 8MP 3.3x telephoto shooter with OIS. On the front side, there is a 32MP Sony IMX615 camera sensor. The Hasselblad partnership brings Natural Color Optimization 2.0. On the software front, it runs on Android 12 based ColorOS 12.1 OS out of the box.
OnePlus 10 Pro has arrived with a 5,000mAh dual-cell battery that supports an 80W Super Flash charge. It also gets a 50W wireless charge. Other notable features are 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. The handset also comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor. Other sensors are an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, magnetometer, and proximity sensor. Besides, it measures 163 x 73.9 x 8.55mm and weighs around 200.5 grams.
As for pricing and availability, OnePlus 10 Pro has been priced at CNY 4,600 (approximately Rs. 53,300) for the 8GB RAM with 128GB internal storage model. The 8GB RAM with 256GB storage model carries a price tag of CNY 4,999 (approximately Rs. 57,950) while the top-of-the-line model (12GB RAM + 256GB storage) comes at CNY 5,299 (approximately Rs. 61,430). It comes in Emerald Forest and Volcanic Black color options.
