Chinese tech giant, Xiaomi has officially teased the launch of its Redmi Note 11 Pro series in Indian market. The company's VP Manu Kumar Jain took to Twitter to share a teaser video, hinting at the imminent launch of the handsets here. The lineup includes Redmi Note 11 Pro which starts at $299 (roughly Rs. 22,300) and Note 11 Pro 5G which begins at $329 (roughly Rs. 24,600).
The Redmi Note 11 Pro series was launched globally last month. Meanwhile in India, under the Note 11 portfolio, the company has already released Note 11T 5G, Note 11S, and Note 11. The addition of the Note 11 Pro and 11 Pro 5G will further strengthen the entire line-up. They feature a 108MP primary camera, 120HZ AMOLED display, and pack a 5,000mAh battery.
The Redmi Note 11 Pro series bears a 6.67-inch Full-HD+ (1080x2400 pixels) AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The Redmi Note 11 Pro handsets sport a center-aligned punch-hole design with slim bezels and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The Redmi Note 11 Pro features a quad rear camera setup and the Note 11 Pro 5G comes with a triple rear camera unit.
In terms of optics, the Redmi Note 11 Pro sports a quad rear camera arrangement, comprising a 108MP (f/1.9) primary shooter, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, a 2MP macro sensor, and a 2MP depth lens. The Note 11 Pro 5G features a triple rear camera module, including a 108MP (f/1.9) primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide snapper, and a 2MP macro lens. On the front, they come with a 16MP selfie camera.
Under the hood, while Redmi Note 11 Pro is powered by a Mediatek Helio G96 processor, the Note 11 Pro 5G gets a Snapdragon 695 chipset, both paired with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage. At the heart, they boot Android 11-based MIUI 13 skin and pack a 5,000mAh battery with 67W fast-charging support. The series offers support for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, and GPS.
In India, the official pricing and availability details of the Redmi Note 11 series will be revealed at the time of its launch. Globally, the Redmi Note 11 Pro starts at $299 (roughly Rs. 22,300) and 11 Pro 5G begins at $329 (roughly Rs. 24,600). It comes in three colors: Graphite Gray, Twilight Blue, and Star Blue.
