South Korean tech giant, Samsung is getting ready to launch its Galaxy M33 smartphone in India by March 2022. Now, the latest report from MySmartPrice reveals that the device will be offered in both 4G and 5G variants. The phone is expected to come with an AMOLED display, an Exynos 1200 processor, a 64MP primary camera, and pack a 6,000mAh battery.
The Samsung Galaxy M33 will arrive as a successor to the existing M32 model. The device will offer good performance, a mid-tier processor, and a better display to attract buyers willing to buy a mid-range smartphone. The production of the handset had already started at the company's Greater Noida factory, which hints at an imminent launch in the country.
The Samsung Galaxy M33 may bear a 6.5-inch Full-HD+ (1080x2400 pixels) AMOLED display with an aspect ratio of 20:9. The smartphone is expected to come with a waterdrop notch design with slim bezels, rounded corners, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for secure biometric authentication. The rear panel will likely come with a quad-camera unit.
As far as the cameras are concerned, Samsung Galaxy M33 will likely sport a quad rear camera module comprising a 64MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide snapper, a 5MP macro sensor, and a 2MP depth lens. For selfies and video calls, a 13MP front-facing camera is expected. The smartphone should pack a 6,000mAh battery with 25W fast-charging support.
Under the hood, the Samsung Galaxy M33 is expected to be powered by an Exynos 1200 chip, paired with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. On the front software, the smartphone should boot Android 12-based One UI 4.0 out of the box. For connectivity, it should offer support for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS.
In India, the official pricing and availability details of the Samsung Galaxy M33 smartphone will be revealed by the South Korean tech company at the time of launch, which may happen by February-end or early March. However, based on its specifications, the handset may cost around Rs. 20,000.
