Xiaomi Redmi 10 was announced in India as the new budget smartphone from the Chinese Tech Company. As for the key highlights, the handset comes with a waterdrop notch display, Qualcomm’s octa-core processor, large battery, fast charging support, dual rear camera, and more. Although, the company announced it as Redmi 10C in Nigeria a few days back.

Xiaomi Redmi 10 features a 6.7 inches IPS LCD display with Full-HD+ resolution, 60Hz fast refresh rate, 400 nits peak brightness, and Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The smartphone is powered with Snapdragon 680 octa-core processor that comes coupled with Adreno 610 GPU. It is accompanied by up to 4GB/6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB/128GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage. The smartphone comes running on Android 11 with MIUI 13 skin on top.

In terms of camera department, the Xiaomi Redmi 10 features a 50-megapixel main sensor with f/1.8 aperture and a 2-megapixel macro sensor with f/2.4 aperture. For selfies and video calls, the smartphone sports a 5-megapixel front-facing camera under the waterdrop notch. The device is packed with a 6000mah battery and supports 18W fast charging but the company bundled a 10W charger inside the box. 

For connectivity, the Xiaomi Redmi 10 includes 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi 5, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Sensors onboard, the phone sports Proximity sensor, Ambient light sensor, Accelerometer, Vibration motor, and rear mounted fingerprint sensor. In terms of Dimensions, it measures 169.59 x 76.56 x 9.13mm and weighs 203 grams. 

For pricing and availability, Xiaomi Redmi 10 comes in two configurations: 4GB + 64GB priced at ₹10,999 and 6GB + 128GB priced at ₹12,999. The smartphone comes in three color options namely Midnight Black, Pacific Blue, and Caribbean Green. It will go for sale on March 24 at 12 PM via Mi online, Flipkart, and offline stores.
