Samsung Galaxy M33 5G was announced in India as the new budget 5G smartphone from the South Korean Tech Company. As for the key highlights, the handset comes with a fast refresh rate waterdrop notch, Exynos octa-core chipset, quad rear square-shaped camera module, large battery, fast charging, and more.

Samsung Galaxy M33 5G flaunts a 6.6 inches Infinity V shape notch with a 120Hz fast refresh rate, and Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The smartphone comes powered with an unnamed 5nm octa-core processor which might be Samsung Exynos 1280 SoC. The phone is paired with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage that can be extended via a microSD card slot. The device also supports RAM plus feature using which RAM can be extended up to 16GB.

In terms of camera department, the Samsung Galaxy M33 5G features a quad rear camera that includes a 50-megapixel main sensor with f/1.8 aperture, a 5-megapixel ultrawide lens with a 120-degree Field of View, a 2-megapixel macro lens, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. For selfies, the phone sports an 8-megapixel front-facing camera under the waterdrop notch. 

The Samsung Galaxy M33 5G comes running on Android 12 OS out of the box with One UI 4.1 skin on top. The handset comes equipped with a 6000mah battery and supports 25W fast charging. In terms of connectivity, the phone includes 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a USB TYPE-C port.  Additionally, the company has bundled a slide-mounter fingerprint sensor, a voice focus feature to eliminate background noise while capturing a video. 

For pricing and availability, the Samsung Galaxy M33 5G comes in two configurations: 6GB + 128GB priced at Rs. 18,999 and 8GB + 128GB priced at Rs. 20,499. But initally the introductory price for the base model is Rs. 17,999 and for the 8Gb variant is Rs. 19,999. The South Korean tech company offered the phone in two color options namely green and blue. The phone will go for sale on April 8 via Amazon and Samsung India online store.
