Shocking news came from a member of the SM Entertainment girl group, aespa, namely NingNing . Recently, aespa released their latest music video entitled 'Welcome To My World'. The song is a part of aespa's latest mini album which will be officially released on May 8th entitled 'MY WORLD'.

Quoting Koreaboo, aespa member, NingNing suddenly typed an apology via SM Entertainment's message-sharing platform to fans because the group's new song was a stolen song. Welcome To My World has become a hit song since it was first released on May 2, 2023.

The fans of the group, which contains NingNing, Karina, Winter and Giselle, not only enjoy the melodies of the song, but also have fun solving theories in the music video. NingNing's apology regarding what really happened behind the song (regarding the theft) certainly made fans feel disappointed.

Their momentary happiness was snatched away because of the news. However, the shock that almost gave a deep disappointment to the feelings of aespa fans soon subsided because the rookie idol whose song was stolen by aespa was none other than Naevis! Naevis is an AI character created by SM Entertainment to support each aespa song and album concept.

SM Entertainment had announced in March that Naevis would be debuting and many believed that the company had simply forgotten about it. However, many suspect that Aespa is the person who is the reason why Naevis cannot make his debut. How's the song? This is really my taste.

I don't know if everyone has heard of it, but this song wasn't originally our song. It was supposed to be Naevis' solo debut… As soon as we heard it, we really wanted it… so we stole it. And how about the video track? Filming was so much fun… but I remember it was really cold.

Nevis, sorry. You can make your solo debut next time. That's the contents of the ingNing message, which surprised fans. Netizens can't get over the hilarious fact that aespa stopped Naevis' debut by stealing the song, but at least allowed Naevis to appear collaborating on the song.
