The latest trailer for the live-action CGI animated film Paddington in Peru has been released. This film is the third part of the Paddington trilogy which tells the journey of an adorable marmalade-loving British bear. Paddington's adventure this time will begin shortly after the end of the story in Paddington 2, when Paddington is visited by Aunt Lucy.

Now, Paddington will return to Peru to find out his origins. The latest trailer begins at the famous Paddington Station, where a bear named Paddington has to have a photo taken for his passport. This photo was important in preparation for her trip to Peru with the Brown family.

In Peru, they meet a nun and have various adventures, but unfortunately, Paddington finds out that Aunt Lucy is on a mission in the jungle. Paddington in Peru looks like it will be the most entertaining film in the series by bringing Paddington and the Brown family together on an adventure through the Amazon rainforest to find Aunt Lucy.

In addition to providing a sneak peek at the upcoming third film, the Paddington in Peru trailer also announced its release date. This family film will begin screening in a number of UK cinemas on November 8, before being shown in the United States on January 17, 2025.

Considering this franchise's distribution collaboration with Warner Bros. in the US, it will likely also be available on the streaming platform HBO Max. Paddington in Peru was faced with the enormous challenge of following the success of Paddington 2. With an incredible 99% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, the sequel was universally loved by audiences.

This makes Paddington 2 an almost perfect family film and is even considered one of the best films of the year overall. This is of course a big challenge for Paddington in Peru to achieve similar success. This latest film is also faced with the loss of two core team members.

One of them is director Paul King, who worked on the two previous Paddington films . Paul King leaves the Paddington in Peru project to direct the musical film Wonka. Additionally, previous star Sally Hawkins also decided not to join Paddington in Peru , and now her role has been taken over by Emily Mortimer.
