Ahead of its premiere, MBC's latest Korean drama titled ' Black Out ' has revealed leaks about the character played by Kim Bo Ra . Adapted from the best-selling German mystery novel 'Snow White Must Die', this drama carries the thriller genre and tells the story of a high school student named Go Jung Woo (played by Byun Yo Han) who languishes in prison for 10 years after being accused of murdering two of his classmates.

Oddly enough, the murder case is very mysterious. The suspect doesn't even remember whether he committed the murder or not, moreover the victim's body was never found. In this drama, Kim Bo Ra plays Ha Seol, a newcomer to Mucheon Village. Taking a break from medical school, Ha Seol travels around the country on a scooter and is drawn to the peaceful atmosphere of Mucheon Village.

With her perseverance and friendly nature, she works part-time at Mucheon Garden, a restaurant where Go Jung Woo's mother works, and quickly forms bonds with the locals. When Go Jung Woo returns to the village after being released from prison, Ha Seol notices the change in the village atmosphere and becomes curious about the past that everyone seems to be avoiding.

The story then focuses on whether Ha Seol can uncover the secrets hidden in Mucheon even though the villagers try to bury the past. Preview photos released via Instagram @mbcdrama_now show Ha Seol exploring Mucheon. While working part-time at Mucheon Park, she also enjoys her break under the blue sky. As night falls, Ha Seol begins to investigate the truth that the villagers are trying to hide.

As an outsider with no personal ties to the village, she approaches the case objectively and impartially, unraveling the complex mystery. In addition to Kim Bo Ra and Byun Yo Han, the drama also stars Go Bo Gyeol as Choi Na Kyeom, Ko Jun as No Sang Cheol, and Bae Jong Ok as Ye Young Sil. Meanwhile, the drama 'Black Out' is scheduled to premiere on August 16, 2024, every Friday and Saturday at 21:50 KST. Stay tuned, okay!
