Cortis has achieved another milestone. Their debut album, COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES (2025), has now surpassed 600 million streams on Spotify! BIGHIT MUSIC announced its youngest artist's achievement on Thursday (June 25, 2026) via an official release.

According to detikpop's monitoring via Cortis' Spotify channel on Friday morning (June 26th, 2026), Cortis' debut album achieved a total of 602,813,447 streams. The total streams come from the six tracks on the album.

GO!, the album's title track, is the most-streamed track to date, with 198,826,905 plays. The second most popular track is "FaSHioN," which has now been streamed 182,483,859 times. The remaining four tracks are still under 100 million streams, but the numbers aren't small either.

Cortis's achievement is truly extraordinary because it was achieved not long after their debut in September 2025. This means it only took 8 months for Cortis to enter Spotify's elite list of 600 million streams for a debut album in K-Pop.

But Cortis isn't the first. Before Martin and Co., the world's most talented K-Pop girls broke this record: NewJeans and BLACKPINK. NewJeans' debut EP, "ew Jeans," went super viral upon its release due to the active promotion of all its tracks across various media outlets.

Released on August 1, 2022, NewJeans' debut EP accumulated 600 million streams on Spotify in the first quarter of 2023. At that time, the songs Hype Boy and Attention were really the talk of the town, played everywhere!

To this day, Hype Boy remains in the top 100 songs list in South Korea according to the Melon Top 100 chart. BLACKPINK's debut album, Square One, released on August 8, 2016, was also a huge hit at the time. Even though K-Pop streaming on Spotify wasn't as popular as it is now, it wasn't.

This album is estimated to reach 600 million streams in the period from the end of 2021 to early 2022. Referring to today's data, the album containing two songs, namely BOOMBAYAH and Whistle, has been listened to 1,208,270,828 times.
