On Friday March 31, 2023, the iQiyi platform released all episodes of the Chinese drama Falling Before Fireworks which consists of 23 episodes. Quoted from the official iQiyi website, VIP users can immediately watch all episodes of this drama. Falling Before Fireworks tells the story of Si Qing (Lu Yangyang), a loan bank employee who has a beautiful face, always looks glamorous, has extraordinary performance, and lives for the pursuit of wealth.
He meets a traditional craftsman named Jing Chen (Chen Xinhai) for the first time when he is required to solve bad loan problems. Si Qing and Jing Chen could be said to have lives in reverse. Si Qing is a white-collar worker who is "enslaved" by a debt collection mission. On the other hand, Jing Chen, despite not being wealthy, could live a quiet and easy life in the countryside surrounded by green mountains and waters.
