BTS Sets New Record for No. 1 Album and No. 2 Single on UK Official Charts with 'ARIRANG'

BTS has once again solidified their dominance in the international music industry. With their latest album, 'ARIRANG,' BTS achieved their best performance of their career on the global charts.

Based on data released by the UK Official Charts on March 28, 2026, the full album 'ARIRANG' managed to occupy the No. 1 position on the 'Official Albums Chart Top 100' list (period March 27 – April 2, 2026).

This achievement marks BTS's third time topping the UK album chart, following the success of their previous albums, 'MAP OF THE SOUL: PERSONA' and 'MAP OF THE SOUL: 7'. 

Not only that, 'ARIRANG' also reportedly topped the Official Vinyl Albums Chart. Their title track, "Swim," also achieved impressive success, reaching number 2 on the Official Singles Chart Top 100.

This figure surpasses BTS's previous personal records, where the hits 'Dynamite' (2020) and 'Butter' (2021) were each held at number three. In addition to the title track, several side songs from the same album also made it onto the chart, including 'Body to Body' (No. 28) and 'FYA' (No. 39).
