Oppo A94 5G debuts as a rebranded Oppo Reno 5z that was revealed earlier this month in Singapore. The smartphone is a tweaked version of the Oppo F19 Pro+ 5G that revealed in India last month. The handset comes with an 6.43 inches Super AMOLED display, 48MP quad rear camera, MediaTek 5G chipset, a 4310 mah battery and more.
Oppo A94 5G features a 6.43 inches Super AMOLED display with Full-HD+ ( 1080 x 2400 pixels ) resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio along with a 90.8 per cent screen-to-body ratio, 430 nits peak brightness and a variable touch sampling rate from 135Hz to 180Hz. Under the hood, The smartphone is powered with a MediaTek Dimensity 800U chipset paired with Mali G57 MC3 GPU.
In terms of camera, the Oppo A94 5G sports a quad rear camera setup that includes a 48-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro lens. For selfies and video calls, The smartphone has a 16-megapixel selfie sensor under the punch-hole at the top left corner. The device is also running on Android 11 with Color OS 11.1 on top.
The Oppo A94 5G is packed with a 4310 mah battery and supports 30W fast charging. For connectivity options, the smartphone includes 5G, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.1, a 3.5mm headphone jack, Wi-Fi, GPS, and USB Type-C port. In terms of dimensions, the smartphone measures 160.1×73.4×7.8mm and weighs 173g. Additionally, the device has an under-display fingerprint sensor.
As for official pricing and availability, the Oppo A94 5G comes in a solo configuration of 8GB + 128GB priced at 359 euro and the Chinese tech company provided the smartphone in two colour options namely Fluid Black and Cosmo Blue. The device is available for sale from May 3 in Europe.
